WHAT IS
EXPRESSIVE ARTS ?
Expressive Arts Therapy is an intermodal field combining the study of health, resilience, and the Arts. Through the process of Art-making, an Expressive Arts therapist discovers how the Arts facilitate change, personal growth and transformation.

The client determines the flow and there are three entities present in the session - The Client, The Facilitator and The Art.
It is a Non-Directive, Safe and
Non-Judgemental space which enables change, exploration and insight.

We use Various art forms like Movement, Visual Art, Theatre, Music, Creative Writing, Collage Making etc. Each artform flows into the other and each artform offers us its strength and knowledge in its own unique way.
