Charvi Budhdeo is a classical Odissi Dancer, a Movement Theatre Practitioner and an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner. She holds a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy from TISS, Chembur, Mumbai. She is currently pursuing her MA in Expressive Arts Therapy from European Graduate School, Switzerland.

She founded The Movement Spectrum in August 2018 and has been diligently working towards making Dance Movement Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy widely available to various audiences.

In a span of two years, she has worked with children and adults living with Cancer, Children and Women from less privileged backgrounds, Grandparents living with Dementia, Children on the spectrum etc. She has conducted Corporate Employee Wellness sessions for BookMyShow, Dice Media & Allegis Global Solutions.

She has held electives of Dance Movement Therapy and Expressive Arts with Symbiosis Insitute of Design, and a module for School of Communications and Reputations.

She offers one-on-one private sessions, holds sessions for private groups, and conducts on-going group sessions.

Art has always been very important and imperative in her life, she continues to spread the spirit and wisdom of the Arts & works to create more authentic, safe spaces where an individual feels heard, seen and understood.
